Terms of Service

Terms for using Travel Panda services

Last updated: May 2026

These terms govern the relationship between you and Travel Panda Ltd., a UK-registered travel company. By using this website or booking our services you agree to them.

1. What we provide

Travel Panda offers bespoke travel advisory, itinerary design, visa support, supplier bookings (hotels, ground services) and concierge support, between China and the UK in both directions. We act as your agent in contracting with third-party suppliers.

2. Quotations & bookings

All quotes remain subject to exchange-rate and availability changes until confirmed in writing. A booking is formed only when you have signed our Itinerary Confirmation and paid the agreed deposit.

3. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a 30% deposit is due on confirmation and the balance no later than 45 days before departure. Late payment may result in cancellation under the policy below.

4. Cancellations & changes

  • More than 60 days before departure: non-refundable costs already incurred;
  • 30–60 days before: 30% of the total price;
  • 15–29 days before: 60% of the total price;
  • Within 14 days of departure: no refund.

Individual supplier policies (airlines, hotels) may be stricter and take precedence.

5. Travel insurance

You are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance — covering medical, baggage, cancellation and curtailment — immediately after confirming your booking. We accept no liability for losses that insurance would have covered.

6. Liability

For services delivered by third-party suppliers, our responsibility is limited to reasonable care in selecting and supervising them; we are not liable for their performance itself. We accept no liability for events of force majeure (natural disasters, government action, strikes, epidemics, etc.).

7. Complaints

Please email care@travelpd.co.uk within 28 days of returning home. We aim to respond within 14 working days.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction.
